This project aims to transform the area into an attractive and lively place dedicated to music.
The master plan consists of :
- a large complex dedicated to music composed of two concert halls; an auditorium of 1100 seats dedicated to classical music and a concert hall of 4000 seats minimum, dedicated to amplified music
- rehearsal and recording studios
- a media library
- restaurants
- administrative offices
A high quality musical equipment will transform this complex into a place of artistic expression in the fields of performance, creation and practice.
